Deluxe Double Room 4 with Shower (self check-in) Doncaster

Positive: The duvet was warm. Let's start positive! Negative: Okay, it's described as deluxe well not sure how it's qualified as that. The shower room was so tiny you have to open the door to the bedroom to use the sink or dry yourself from a shower. The bin is full of water so obviously there's a leak and the hot tap moves when you try to turn it. Theres no TV stations that work. There's no plug for the kettle where it is sited. The kitchen needs a thorough deep clean. The skirting boards are filthy as much as the floor is greasy. The cooker is disgusting, the cupboards and drawers all need a good scrub. It really needs someone who knows how to keep it clean and has high standards themselves.

Comfort and communication Positive: Excellent communication, some of the best I've ever encountered when booking rentals. The entire property was immaculately clean and the bed is really comfortable, we both had a great night's sleep. Negative: There was a bit of noise from other guests which started around 2230 but it was reduced to a mumble once they were in their room.

Excellent value for money and as we booked there to go to Doncaster races, the location was spot on. Positive: Everyone was very attentive. They couldn't do enough for us. Negative: Wasn't keen on not knowing the access codes a bit more in advance. Booking.com were still sending them to us on the day we checked out.
